I have always been passionate about creating places people can enjoy and doing so in an equitable and engaging manner that makes a successful project. I believe the planning and design focus should be people first, creating dialogs with local community members and stakeholders who are vested in the changes to their community to help guide development and design at all levels. I approach every planning project with this lens to help shape and facilitate inclusive and equitable outreach strategies that help create productive conversations around key issues facing communities today.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, exploring on my bike or on a trail with friends and family here in the foothills of northern California.
