I have over 6 years of human resources experience with a focus on leadership in DEI programs and initiatives. I’m passionate about creating a culture of belonging and empowerment for all employees. My passion evolved from my own personal experiences and has transitioned into a career that I love. I am a people person, and through People Resources I can connect, uplift, and all employees here at Ascent.
I’m originally from Alameda, California, but I’ve lived in Sacramento since completing my undergrad. I love this city and its diversity! Some of my hobbies are attending music festivals, doing puzzles, and upcycling secondhand fashion. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and learning new things. I believe that life is a journey and we should embrace every opportunity.
