Roberto Mora, RPA

As a first-generation immigrant to the United States, I have strived from the start to take every shot at every opportunity for professional growth that comes my way. However, I strongly believe in living life and maintaining a balance between the personal and the professional. Ascent is a strong supporter of work/life balance and highly encourages career advancement opportunities. Having a positive attitude is crucial in facing work and life challenges and being able to move forward. I believe this trait has helped further my success.

As an archaeologist, my career aligns with my lifestyle. I travel to different parts of the state, and I get to call the outdoors my second office. I am able to be physically active outside of the gym. My job does not get stale. I am working on different and new projects all the time, which helps me stay enthusiastic at work. Outside of a physically active lifestyle, I enjoy playing video games and attending music festivals.
