My passion for nature, design, and outdoor recreation began at a young age and led me to my current field of work. I am both a planner and a landscape architect with a background primarily in recreation and open space projects—including park policy planning, park master planning and design, and trail system planning, design, and construction.
At Ascent, I work with public agencies on park and recreation plans to better manage and increase access to parks and open spaces throughout California. I enjoy influencing decisions that impact the long-term management of public lands and creating spaces that benefit communities while balancing recreational uses with natural preservation.
When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me outside. I enjoy exploring the Sierra Nevada, whether on a mountain bike, in a kayak, on a pair of skis, or backpacking with friends.
