Joshua Boldt

I grew up in Lake Tahoe, surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains and lake. I spent my childhood hiking and playing in the woods and mountains surrounding our family home. This sparked a love of nature and the outdoors that lives on within me to this day. I am happiest when I am surrounded by nature and am immersed in the natural world. This love of the outdoors led me to study plant biology, and I am now incredibly lucky to have a job where I can help protect it.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me seeking adventure in the great outdoors. I’m an avid snow skier, backpacker, and traveler, constantly seeking new thrills and awe-inspiring landscapes. My two dogs, Aspen and Echo, are my constant companions on my adventures. Music is another passion of mine, and I have played guitar and bass as well as sung in various bands for over 30 years.
