Born and raised in the heart of Marin County, I grew up with a deep love for the outdoors and an undeniable passion for sports. In 2020, I made the move south to San Diego to attend UC San Diego, where I had the privilege of competing on the Division I Women’s Rowing team for all four years of my college career. The discipline, teamwork, and resilience I developed on the water have shaped who I am both personally and professionally. My studies at UC San Diego reflect my curiosity about people: what drives them, how they connect, and how those stories can be captured and told. This has shaped the way I show up in my relationships and interactions with people.
When I’m not in the office, you can almost always find me out exploring everything San Diego has to offer—whether that’s hitting the trails, spending time by the water, or cheering at a local sporting event—camera or phone in hand, capturing the moments along the way.
At Ascent, I coordinate all travel arrangements, help run the San Diego office, and assist in planning events that bring our team together. Alongside our talented admin team, I serve as a point of connection across all offices, helping to address any needs, large or small, with care and efficiency. I am truly thrilled to be part of such an incredible organization and look forward to growing alongside the talented individuals who make up the Ascent team.
I believe wholeheartedly that everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, and I strive to bring that energy to every interaction. A motto that has guided me throughout my time in athletics, academics, and the workplace is: Grow where you are planted. It’s a reminder to show up fully, embrace every opportunity with an open mind, and find meaning in wherever life plants you.
