Amanda Olekszulin

I am an environmental planner at heart who is energized about developing excellence in our people, teams, projects, and the organization. As a founder of Ascent and with over 25 years of experience, I focus on the operational and financial stewardship of the organization, leading change management strategies, and ensuring we are providing professional development opportunities and benefits that our people need so they can excel in what they do.

At this stage of my life, my kids are my top priority, and I love supporting their hobbies and interests. My son is into travel baseball, and my daughter is a competitive horse show jumper. My husband and I enjoy cheering both of them on from the sidelines. If two sports weren’t enough to keep us busy, both of our kids are competitive trap shooters, so we also regularly attend those competitions. As a family, we enjoy exploring the western states in our motorhome and having fun with enduro motorcycle and buggy excursions with family and friends.
