Marketing wasn’t initially on my radar, but during a difficult PR crisis, I saw the power of effective communication and decided to study marketing. My first job as a marketer was for a large engineering, architecture, environmental, and construction firm where I focused on the importance of CEQA and helping our team win projects that make a positive impact on our communities.
Creating an inclusive and equitable workplace is important to me, and I’m involved in Ascent’s DEI Committee and the Environmental Professional Diversity Collective to promote diversity within the firm and the environmental industry.
I believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration, in both my personal and professional life. Through my efforts, I hope to inspire others to make a positive impact on the world around them and recognize the importance of working together to achieve success. Outside of work, I’m a dog lover and enjoy spending time with furry companions. I’m also a San Diego Blood Bank Guardian Circle member and volunteer my free time with organizations that make a difference for others.
